The focus of the LBG USA workshop is‘Mastering the LBG model: A focus on Inputs & Motivations’.
The agenda is:
- Welcome and Review of LBG USA Charter
- Mastering the LBG model: We will train companies on each aspect of the LBG Model as it relates to Inputs
- A focus on Inputs & Motivations
- Data collection & systems management, challenges and solutions
- Using input numbers and LBG motivations to review strategies, and to enhance goal setting and communications
- Looking ahead:
- Menu and dates of the future Founding Member Program workshops
- Pre work for Workshop 3: “LBG Outputs & Impacts: An introduction to outputs and impacts to capture business and community benefits” There is a special focus on capturing business benefits
- What is, and how to use, the LBG USA member-only website
