LBG : Founding Member Program
Founding Member Program
The Founding Member program is a focused 12-month skills development program that prepares Corporate Community Involvement professionals to implement the LBG management and measurement framework. Participants will also play a central role in the model's evolution as a key management, measurement and reporting tool for CCI programs across the USA.
By the end of the Founding Member Program, LBG USA participants will have achieved:
- A more complete picture of the real value of their community contributions across the business, including cash, employee time, in-kind and management costs;
- Improved management-decision making with performance measurement techniques that assess impact on the community and the business; and
- A clearer understanding of the external impact of their community programs, as well as the internal benefits that flow from effective corporate community involvement.
Corporate community managers can plan for a time commitment of 6 half-day workshops during the 12-month Founding Member Program.
Each workshop will teach participants how to apply the various aspects of the model, with a focus using the model to help capture impacts and assess the benefits of a company's key community involvement programs.
At each of the six workshop stages, participants will have access to consulting support, as well as ongoing phone and email contact.
LBG USA will be developed in partnership with leadership companies seeking to assess a truer value of their corporate community investment programs and to measure the impacts of those programs.
