- Customers (Increased customer satisfaction, retention, new business)
- Government and regulators (Increased planning permissions granted, reduced fines)
- Operational savings (Cost reductions for plant closures, reduced vandalism)
- Suppliers (Value of supplier relationships where CCI is a selection factor)
- Investors (Cost reductions through risk management)
- Revenue (Cause related marketing revenues)
