Total management costs

Definition

All costs associated with having the community affairs function in place ie salaries + benefits, overheads, research and communications spend if designed to help community engage with the company. The costs are those incurred in managing the community programme as a whole. If management of the community programme is only a part of a persons job, count only the proportion of their costs that relates to the time they spend managing the programme: e.g. For CSR managers, count only the proportion of their time that is spent on community affairs, do not count the proportion that is spent on broader CSR issues
